Building a Collaborative Partnership
I honor how important it is to build trust and partnership to feel safe enough to invite me in to your inner journey. My clients often tell me they feel deeply seen, understood, and cared about by me. They feel safe to open in ways they haven’t been able to before. I work collaboratively and in partnership with you. I honor your deep inner wisdom about your own unique path. I work to help you access and trust that, rather than just take over as if I know your path better than you. I also offer options and ideas so you aren’t having to figure it out all by yourself. I have spent decades studying trauma, healing, and spiritual growth, so I have many tools in my tool belt. Some of my favorite ways to work are to bring embodied mindful awareness to this present moment to see what is alive or arising and then work with a variety of tools from a variety of traditions. My intuition about what might be helpful in the moment tends to be strong.
I have also developed my own healing method that I call Waverunning. Waverunning helps people release and transform old pain and trauma energy that has gotten stuck in the body. This method uses your body’s innate healing wisdom combined with your own awareness to allow you to safely release what no longer serves you to hold onto. I find that for those who that’s a fit for, a lot can be released and transformed more quickly and easily than with other methods. I believe it’s more efficient and easier to tolerate than many other trauma healing methods.

Spiritual Healing
I have discovered that when we heal deeply enough, it ignites spiritual growth, connection, and awakening. Deep healing, shadow work, and spiritual growth are naturally intertwined. I deeply honor and work within each person’s spiritual path. I have clients of varying paths and beliefs, and I have clients who are agnostic or atheist. I have studied various spiritual paths. I help you connect with your own inner knowing and what resonates for you spiritually. I help you clear the things that are getting in the way of connecting with that so you can gain your own clarity and your own unique answers for your unique path and purpose. It is so common for us to become more disconnected from our own inner compass and intuition as we go through life. I help you reconnect with your soul and higher self in lasting ways.
If you are spiritually awakening or ascending, I am prepared to help guide you through that journey to where your soul is leading you. I have received the spiritual message that my role is to be a Lighthouse for this process.
Note: I have chosen to use some of my own language, concepts, and experiences in this website, including words like spiritual or soul. I honor that those words or concepts do not resonate for everyone, and I do my best to learn what language and concepts work for you so I can use those in your sessions. The important part isn’t the language or concepts, but the decision to go on an INNER journey with curiosity to see what you discover for yourself.
My Passions
I love genuine transformation. My passion is helping people be empowered to trust themselves enough to make their own choices to create their most aligned life, come what may! We do this through an inner journey of safely releasing all that is not really us (such as old trauma and conditioning), embracing and reintegrating all that is truly us, and continuing to discover who am I now. I am passionate about many other things too, including aliveness, joy, and purpose! I delight in seeing people become and express more of their true Selves!

I have limited spots available for clients to work with me individually. I am happy to welcome people where there is an inner alignment and resonance for working together. Is this resonating for you? Is there an inner spark or current of energy flowing within you as you contemplate working with me. I believe that there is something within you that knows if working with me is aligned for you at this time. Are you at the stage in your healing journey to deep dive into your inner healing/shadowwork? Are you ready to find the courage to go toward your inner painful places to heal and transform them? I now resonate with the concept of being a Light Warrior who brings Light into the dark places. I am prepared to bring a lantern into the hard places with you. We shine light into the darkness to transform it, rather than just going in to it to feel it or gain insight about it. I will also bring a compass to help you stay oriented and not get lost in there. Are you ready to go beyond your comfort zones and into the unknown? One metaphor I use is a forest. I have spent decades learning to navigate the inner forest of transformation skillfully, and I am ready to help you through the forest to the other side. Another metaphor I use is waves. Are you ready to ride your inner waves home to your next version of yourSelf and your most aligned life?
I have received a particular calling for working with those who resonate with being LightWarriors, Lightworkers, and Healers (therapists, energy workers, etc). I can help you get to deeper layers of your own healing and purpose. I can help you reclaim all your power so you can do the most powerful work possible. I have done the work, the research, and my own inner journey. I bring to our process all the tools and experience that I’ve gathered in my 20+ years as a therapist. I learned that the therapy process had limitations, and started to research and witness the power of additional healing tools that can be put to your service.

With Summer’s guidance I found my lighthouse. With Summer’s compassion and help I walked through fire after fire. Processing traumas in order to heal them. It was hard work and because Summer was there to help I breathed easier after each fire. I literally felt lighter in my Soul. I now have boundaries that never existed before AND I believe in me.
Summer consistently helps me stay reconnected and grounded through the different levels of spiritual awakenings and experiences. With her help I remain focused on myself, my goals and trusting my inner compass. We work on consistently incorporating themes of inner guidance, self reliance, self love, and self empowerment.
